The introduction of the Hybrid Frame and HTD Lite materials has increased the range of one of the most adaptable kites in the industry and its performance. Through the lighter frame and strategically placed materials, the kite is now quicker to respond to rider input, allowing for increased manoeuvrability in lighter winds and control and responsiveness in higher winds.

 

The new direct bridle, with its low-drag materials, also helps move this kite into an all-new realm of performance.

"The MotoX is one of those kites you need to feel for yourself. It has the smooth feel of the Switchblade but a very different feel in the bar and on a different level speed-wise. It pulls hard but really drives upwind, it also drives through a loop really well. I normally wouldn't consider a kiteloop on a 12m but had nearly no issues with the kite coming around and catching me, which was pretty nuts for a 12m... I suspect the smaller sizes will be good for double loops as the kite is so fast. Too fast for an unhooking freestyle kite in the smaller sizes I imagine, but I think this is what makes it shine for big air/looping especially in the larger sizes, and will also allow it to work really well in the waves. Between the light feel in the bar and sky, but while being super powerful and quick to turn I think it is pretty much exactly what I'd hope to feel in a fast yet boosty 3 strut kite. Normally I'd never give up my 8 and 9m Switchblade in the quiver, but I think times may be changing....This is a totally new Moto, not just a refined version of the previous model." - Evan Netsch

SPRINT 3.0

The new Sprint 3.0 inflation system increases air flow from the leading edge to the strut. The new straight and angled valves allow for the inflation tube no kinking. Its secure fit design also allows for easy maintenance.
